As Founder and CEO of Cedar Grove ABA, Yosef Golubchik brings a disciplined operational mindset to a field that demands both precision and compassion. His connection to the autism services industry is personal; growing up with a younger sister with developmental delays shaped his understanding of the challenges families face and the importance of consistent, high-quality support.

With over two decades of experience leading teams in complex, service-driven organizations, Yosef has built and scaled systems designed to improve access, reduce friction, and create more consistent, reliable experiences for the people they serve. For families and their doctors, that translates into something that matters: dependable communication, smoother coordination of care, and services they can trust.

He approaches Cedar Grove ABA with that same rigor, focused on creating a structured, reliable organization that clinicians can depend on and families can trust.

His priority is straightforward: build an organization where operational excellence directly supports clinical excellence. By eliminating inefficiencies and reinforcing strong systems, Cedar Grove ABA is positioned to deliver a high standard of care and meaningful outcomes for the families it serves.

Kayde Keinz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Chief Clinical Officer at Cedar Grove ABA, with over a decade of experience leading clinical operations and improving quality of care across pediatric behavioral health organizations.

She is known for her ability to quickly step into complex environments, build clear and effective systems, and lead teams through growth and change. Kayde specializes in developing scalable clinical infrastructure, implementing data-driven quality frameworks, and translating big-picture strategy into meaningful outcomes for children and families.

She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.

Outside of work, Kayde loves cooking, spending time with her husband, and relaxing with her cat—usually with something cozy on the stove and a low-key night at home.

Alyssa Calangi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2016. Alyssa holds a Master of Science degree from Pepperdine University. She has experience supporting children with autism and other developmental disabilities across a variety of settings.

Alyssa is passionate about helping clients develop meaningful skills that increase their independence and enhance their quality of life. Her clinical interests include communication, social skills, emotional regulation, adaptive living skills, school readiness, and caregiver support. She believes effective treatment should be individualized, practical, and centered on the needs and priorities of each client and family.

Alyssa brings a collaborative and supportive approach to clinical leadership. She enjoys mentoring behavior technicians and developing clinicians while working closely with families and other professionals to promote consistent, high-quality care. She is committed to building strong partnerships and creating treatment experiences in which clients and families feel understood, supported, and confident in the progress being made.

When she’s not working, Alyssa enjoys watercolor painting and spending time with her fiancé, daughter, and dog. Some of her favorite activities include taking family walks, visiting the beach, traveling, and creating meaningful memories with her loved ones.

Renee Horner is an Operations Coordinator at Cedar Grove ABA, bringing a strong background in recruiting, operations, relationship-building, and coordinating people and processes. Throughout her career, she has developed experience supporting candidates and teams, managing multiple priorities, coordinating schedules and workflows, and creating positive experiences through thoughtful communication and organization.

She is passionate about helping people feel supported, valued, and connected. At Cedar Grove ABA, Renee supports the day-to-day operations of the growing organization while helping build relationships with families, team members, and the broader community. She is excited to learn more about the ABA field and contribute her experience and people-focused approach to Cedar Grove's mission of supporting children and families.

Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, staying active, reading, and spending time outdoors. She looks forward to building meaningful connections within the Colorado community and contributing to the growth of Cedar Grove ABA.

Kennedy Rhodes is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Outreach Coordinator at Cedar Grove ABA, currently studying Special Education at the University of Northern Colorado. In her clinical work, she provides individualized support and therapy to children with autism, an experience that has strengthened her communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills while collaborating with children, families, and other professionals.

She is passionate about building meaningful connections and helping others feel supported and included. As Outreach Coordinator, Kennedy connects with families and community members, shares resources, creates positive experiences, and fosters a welcoming environment across every interaction.

Outside of work and school, Kennedy enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and trying new things. She looks forward to continuing to build connections within her community and making a positive impact by supporting children and families.

Cassandra Hawkins is a Registered Behavior Technician at Cedar Grove ABA with extensive experience supporting children and adults with developmental and behavioral needs. She has spent nearly a decade working in education, including supporting students with disabilities through individualized academic, behavioral, communication, and social-emotional strategies. Cassandra is currently pursuing her teaching licensure and is passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.

Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her son, staying active, writing, and finding new ways to learn and grow.

Savannah is a Behavior Technician at Cedar Grove ABA and a Psychology major at the University of Northern Colorado, where she is working toward her RBT certification. She is passionate about supporting individuals as they learn, grow, and build confidence in their everyday lives.

Through internships at several locations, Savannah has had the opportunity to work alongside a school psychologist and gain experience in school-based settings. These experiences have strengthened her communication, observation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while giving her a well-rounded understanding of individual needs.

Savannah brings patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to her work and strives to create meaningful connections with every individual she supports.

Lindsay Reyes is a graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology at the University of Northern Colorado, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Driven by a passion for behavioral intervention, she is actively working toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Lindsay brings valuable hands-on experience from supervising visitation sessions between parents and children, where she developed exceptional skills in crisis de-escalation, precise behavioral observation, and compassionate communication. Her strong foundation in human behavior and proven track record of building trust with diverse families uniquely equip her to implement structured intervention plans, create supportive clinical environments, and foster positive growth for children on the autism spectrum.
